Support my work

Funded by the community

Funding for my videos comes primarily through community support through Patreon. You can pledge any amount you want (as little as $1) per video and will only be charged as I release new videos. I don't typically release more than one or two videos per month, but you may set up a monthly limit if you're worried about me suddenly becoming especially prolific.

One-time donations

While Patreon is a pledge-per-video model, some people have asked about one-time donations. Others prefer not to use Patreon. Know that a recurring service like Patreon is extremely helpful for scoping out future projects, but of course I am happy to accept contributions through these other methods:

8-bit computer kits

I sell complete kits so you can follow along yourself with the full 44-part video series and build your own breadboard computer! Buying these helps me out and because I buy the parts in bulk, these kits still cost slightly less than if you bought all of the parts individually (at least when shipped within the U.S.)

Affiliate links

If you buy any of the individual parts for the 8-bit computer through the links in the parts list, I'll get a tiny cut even though it won't cost you anything extra.

You can also follow either of these links and I will get a small commission on anything you purchase. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases:

Spread the word

Perhaps the most helpful thing you can do to support my work is to simply tell others about it. Thank you!
